Customers using build 4400,4410,4411 Should apply Service Pack 4.1 (SP4.1) to upgrade to latest build 4412.
Customers using build 4300 and 4310 Should apply Service Pack 4 (SP4) to upgrade to build 4400, and apply Service Pack 4.1 (SP 4.1) to upgrade to the latest build 4412.
Customers using build 4230, 4220, 4210 and 4200 Should apply Service Pack 3 (SP3) to upgrade to build 4300, and then apply Service Pack 4 (SP4) to upgrade to build 4400, and apply Service Pack 4.1 (SP 4.1) to upgrade to the latest build 4412.
Customers using build 4110, 4111, 4112, 4113 and 4114 Should apply Service Pack 2 (SP2) to upgrade to build 4200, and then apply Service Pack 3 (SP 3) to upgrade to build 4300, and then apply Service Pack 4 (SP 4) to upgrade to build 4400, and apply Service Pack 4.1 (SP 4.1) to upgrade to the latest build 4412.
Customers using build 4008, 4100, 4101, 4102, 4103 and 4104

Should first apply Service Pack 1 (SP1) to upgrade build 4111, then apply Service Pack 2 (SP2) to upgrade to the build 4200, then apply Service Pack 3 (SP3) to upgrade to the build 4300, then apply Service Pack 4 (SP4) to upgrade to build 4400,and apply Service Pack 4.1 (SP 4.1) to upgrade to the latest build 4412.

With build numbers 4001 to 4007 Kindly uninstall the existing version, Download the latest version (build 4412) and install.
How do I find out my build number?

Instructions to Apply Service Pack

Follow steps 1 through 9 to apply the service pack.
  1. Shut down ADManager Plus server. (Start --> All Programs --> ADManager Plus --> Stop ADManager Plus)
    Note : In case you have installed ADManager Plus as a NT Service, stop the service (Start --> Run --> type services.msc ---> Stop "ManageEngine ADManager Plus" ).
  2. Please wait for a few moments till the server/service terminates completely
  3. Take a backup of the existing ADManager Plus by creating a ZIP file of the contents of </ADManagerPlusHome/> directory and save it as ADManagerPlus.zip in the </ADManagerPlusHome/> directory.
  4. Execute the UpdateManager.bat file present in the <ADManagerPlusHome>/bin directory.
  5. Click Browse and select the .PPM file that you have downloaded.
  6. Click Install to install the service pack. This may take several minutes depending on the amount of data that needs to be migrated, so please do not terminate the procedure prematurely.
  7. Wait until the service pack is fully installed.
  8. Click Close and then click Exit to exit the Update Manager tool.
  9. Start the ADManager Plus server.

How do I find out my Build number?

Log in to the ADManager Plus web client, and click the License link in the top pane. You will find the build number mentioned below the version number. This is the build number of the currently installed ADManager Plus.
