Who Should Upgrade Steps for Service Pack Download and Installation
Customers using Build no. 8010 and above
  1. Download Service Pack for Release 8.6
  2. Proceed to install latest Service Pack for Release 9.2
Customers using Build no. 7001 to 8000.
  1. Download Service Pack for Release 8.0
  2. Install latest Service Pack for Release 8.6
  3. Proceed to install latest Service Pack for Release 9.2
Customers using Release 6 to Build no. 7000
  1. Install Upgrade Pack for Release 7
  2. Install Service Pack for Release 8
  3. Install Service Pack for Release 8.6
  4. Proceed to install latest Service Pack for Release 9.2

[How to locate Build No?]

Instructions to apply the Service Pack:

  1. Shut down Applications Manager.
  2. Run the script 'updateManager.bat' (updateManager.sh for Linux) under the <AppManager Home>/bin folder. This invokes the update Manager tool
  3. Click Browse button and select the Service Pack file (.ppm) to be installed. Click Install button to install the Service Pack.
  4. Click "Finish".
  5. Start Applications Manager Server.

How to Locate the Build Number ?

In the Applications Manager's Web Client, Click on the Support tab, You will find the Build Number mentioned under the Product Information section.
