To Monitor a MS Exchange Server, Administrator has to click on the settings icon

Fill the following details

  • Domain Name
  • Server Name
  • User Name
  • Password
Click the "Connect" button to connect to the server

Administrator can also configure threshold value for Warning Threshold and for Critical Threshold. This will generate alerts in the desktop tool dashboard when ever server crosses threshold limits.

There are some common threshold value for the following parameters.

  • CPU Usage
  • Memory Used
  • Disk Space
  • Send Queue Size
  • Receive Queue Size
  • Active Mailbox Delivery Queue
  • Retry Mailbox Delivery Queue
  • Active Remote Delivery Queue
  • Retry Remote Delivery Queue

MS Exchange Server will be polled every few minutes based on the configuration given in the refresh interval.

Refresh Now

To Know the server current status use the Refresh Now icon.

When the Administrator clicks the refresh icon, Exchange Health Monitor will connect to server and gets the current parameter and populates the value in the dashboard.
