Download Service Packs

Important: The latest NetFlow Analyzer version is 8.5 (Build 8500). You can migrate older versions to 8.5 (Build 8500) using the following service packs.

If you currently running the Build ... Do the following to move to 8.5 (8500)
8000 - Please fill up this form and our technical support team will get in touch with you.
7600 - Please fill up this form to move to 8000.
7500 / 7501 - Install Service Pack to move to 7600
7002 / 7100 - To move to 7501, please fill up this form and our technical support team will get in touch with you.
6001/ 6002/ 6100/ 7000 / 7001

- Install Service Pack to move to 7002
5002 / 5003 / 5500 / 5501 / 5502 / 5503 / 5504 / 5505 / 6000 - Install Upgrade Pack to move to 6001
- Start the NetFlow Analyzer server and shut   it down
- Install Service Pack to move to 7002
4000 / 4001 / 4002/ 4010 / 4011 / 4020 / 5000/ 5001 - Contact netflowanalyzer-support@manageengine.com

Instructions to apply Upgrade / Service Pack
  1. Shut down NetFlow Analyzer. (If NetFlow Analyzer is running as a service, stop the service also)
  2. Copy the entire MySql and Data folder from under the <NetFlow_Home> directory to a safe location.
  3. Execute the UpdateManager.bat (.sh in case of Linux) file present in the <NetFlowAnalyzer_Home>/bin directory.
  4. Click Browse and select the appropriate service/upgrade pack (see the table above) you downloaded.
  5. Click Install to install the service pack. This may take several minutes depending on the amount of data that needs to be migrated.
  6. Wait until the service pack is fully installed.
  7. Click Close and then click Exit to exit the Update Manager tool.
  8. Start the NetFlow Analyzer server.
Post Migration Check
Clear the web browser cache before trying to access the web client.

How do I find out my Build number?
Log in to the NetFlow Analyzer web client, and click the About link in the top pane. You will find the build number mentioned below the version number. This is the build number of the currently installed NetFlow Analyzer.
